Customer Care

It is our goal to ensure your home building and buying process is an exciting and enjoyable time. When you build with Loomis Homes, our team strives to exceed all your expectations throughout the process from the purchase agreement to the closing.

After closing, our Customer Care team is available throughout the warranty period to address any questions or concerns you may have about your new home. Please note that all warranty service requests must be made in writing to comply with the terms of your warranty.

You will receive a confirmation email from our Customer Care team within 48 hours of your request. In the event you do not receive a response, please contact the Customer Care team directly at (952) 529-0229.

Warranty service repairs will be performed during the working hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, and you will need to provide access.
